An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a growing independent practice in West Sussex. The modern, purpose-built hospital features separatedog, cat and exotic facilities, advanced diagnostic equipment including CT, laparoscopy, digital radiography, dental X-ray, and an in-house laboratory. The practice is recruiting vets with interests in surgery, medicine, or diagnostic imaging. The full-time role is 40 hours per week with a maximum 1:4 weekend rota and time off in lieu, while flexible weekend-only options are also available.

Veterinary Surgeon – South East London - Up to £65,000

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon to join afriendly, well-equipped practice offering a fantastic work-life balance. The full-time rota is a 4-day week with just 1 in 4 Saturdays, and no out-of-hours, Sundays, or bank holidays. You'll work alongside a supportive team of experienced vets, RVNs, and visiting specialists in a modern practice equipped with laparoscopy, ultrasound, dental radiography, endoscopy, and IDEXX laboratories. Certificate study is fully encouraged and funded. Candidates should have at least 2 years' clinical experience, be confident with routine medicine and surgery, and enjoy working collaboratively to deliver outstanding patient and client care.

Mixed Veterinary Surgeon - Scottish Borders - Up to £60,000

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Mixed Veterinary Surgeon to join afriendly, progressive practicein the Scottish Borders. This full-time role offers a 4-day week (36 hours) with just 1 in 5 OOH, no routine weekend consulting, and a Friday off after your on-call weekend. You'll enjoy a varied caseload across small and large animal work in a well-equipped practice with digital radiography, ultrasound, dental X-ray, endoscopy, and facilities for advanced orthopaedics, soft tissue surgery, and large animal care. Individual interests and certificate study are actively supported. Applicants should have at least 2 years' mixed practice experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Veterinary Surgeon - Surrey / London Border - Up to £65,000

An established independent veterinary group with over 100 years of history is looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join its 24-hour hospital and seven branch practices on the Surrey/London border. The hospital is fully equipped with CT, MRI, digital radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy, laparoscopy, extensive orthopaedic facilities, and an in-house laboratory. This full-time role is worked over 4 days per week with one late evening and 3 in 9 Saturdays, split between the hospital and a branch practice. You'll join a team of 14 vets, including five certificate holders, alongside experienced nurses and support staff. Applications are welcome from all experience levels, with 2+ years' experience preferred.

ECC Veterinary Surgeon – Tyne & Wear - Up to £75,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon to join the Emergency & Critical Care team at a leading independent multidisciplinary referral centre. Working in a state-of-the-art hospital with MRI, CT, ultrasound, endoscopy, laparoscopy, and a brand-new ICU, you'll manage emergency and critical care cases while supporting specialist referral services. Candidates should be MRCVS with at least 2 years' UK practice experience. Previous ECC or ICU experience is desirable, along with excellent clinical and communication skills.

Veterinary Surgeon – West London - Up to £70,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a growingindependent practice in Hillingdon, West London.Under new ownership and leadership, the practice offers a supportive environment, no sole charge, and the chance to help shape its future development. The full-time rota is 4 days per week with a shared Saturday morning rota, and no OOH or on-call commitments. You'll join an experienced team of vets, RVNs, and support staff, working with a well-established client base and excellent facilities.

RVN – Bristol - to £30,500

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an RVN to join a friendly, multi-disciplinary team in a modern practice withadvanced CT and MRI facilities available 24/7. You'll be involved in a varied caseload, supporting everything from preventative care to advanced diagnostics and surgery. The role includes predominantly 8-hour shifts, with one overnight shift per week on average caring for stable inpatients only, plus two daytime weekend shifts every seven weeks, offering an excellent work-life balance.

Deputy Head RVN – Lincolnshire - Up to £35,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for aDeputy Head RVN to join a modern, purpose-built practicein Lincoln. Supporting the Head Nurse, you'll help lead the nursing team, maintain high clinical standards, and contribute to the smooth running of the practice while enjoying a varied caseload. The full-time rota is based on a 4-day week with a 1 in 4 weekend and duty night rota, with flexible working options available.
