The welcoming reception area features a dedicated quiet space for nervous dogs, separate cat and dog wards, and a comfortable, well-equipped staff room.

You will join a dedicated team that includes a Practice Manager, Clinical Nurse Manager, and an experienced group of Vets and Nurses, all committed to compassionate care and collaborative working.

The ideal candidate is a confident, experienced Veterinary Surgeon with strong clinical leadership skills. You should be committed to high standards of patient care and client service, drive clinical governance, and ensure protocol compliance. Collaboration with the Practice Manager on rota planning and team wellbeing, mentoring, building team culture, and leading with empathy are essential. You should be calm, solutions-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, fostering a positive culture and strong client relationships.
