Join this fantastic team of 8 experienced vets, 9 qualified nurses, dedicated trainee nurses, and a welcoming front-of-house team. Many of the team members hold certificates, and your professional growth is fully supported, encouraging you to explore any areas of interest that enhance services. The practice is purpose-built and recently renovated, equipped with all the modern conveniences you need, including digital X-ray, ultrasonography, in-house laboratory facilities, and separate wards for dogs, cats, and isolation cases. 

Our client is looking for someone who is passionate about going above and beyond in their role. Whether you are a consulting-only vet or have a surgical focus, all interests are supported. An interest in cardiology or ophthalmology would be a bonus, but a good all-rounder would be welcomed as well. Most important, is someone who cares deeply for their patients, strives to do the best for their clients, and works well within a team.

Work-life balance is truly supported and hours can be tailored to fit your lifestyle. While the ideal candidate would commit to 30-40 hours per week, part-time options can be discussed. Typical shifts are 8am - 6pm or 10am - 8pm (with only one late shift per week) and with 1 weekend (Sat 9-6, Sun 10-4) a month. Plus, there’s no OOH responsibilities.

In return, a competitive salary of £50,000 - £80,000 (dependent on experience) is offered, generous CPD support to pursue a certificate or other qualification, clinical freedom, paid memberships, great clients, and lovely colleagues, in a beautiful location.
