Are you an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) seeking a new challenge, or a newly qualified nurse eager to embark on your first professional journey? Imagine being part of a supportive, forward-thinking team that truly values its nurses. An exciting role awaits in Ayrshire, where your skills and passion will be celebrated.

Join a dynamic team that spans across several practices in Ayrshire. These clinics are built on mutual respect, support, and continuous development. You'll be part of a team that includes a Clinical Nurse Manager and an RVN Business Partner who truly understand and value your role. The team includes RVNs with specialist training in acupuncture, pain management, behaviour, and Schedule 3 surgical procedures. Whether leading consults, monitoring anaesthetics, or providing exceptional in-patient care, you’ll be empowered to excel.

The clinics are equipped with modern tools and technology to help you deliver the best care possible. The team in Ayrshire, led by four partners—two vets, one RVN, and a practice manager—ensures every role has a voice. The 60-strong team is committed to delivering excellent clinical care and an exceptional client experience. The values here are simple yet profound: treat others as you’d want to be treated, support each other, communicate openly, and respect work-life balance and individual needs.

The team includes 14 Vets, 14 RVNs, 3 GPD-trained Clinical Lead Vets, and 3 Clinical Coach RVNs. Continual development is a priority, ensuring you always have a team to lean on, even when not in the same building.

The ideal candidate is a qualified or newly qualified RVN with a passion for nursing, a positive and energetic attitude, and a commitment to outstanding clinical and client care. Enjoy a team-focused environment and occasional social events.

The role offers a competitive salary of up to £32,000, flexible hours including full or part-time options, a 1:4 Saturday rota with no out-of-hours, and a generous CPD allowance with paid CPD days and much more.

If you’re ready to join a team that truly values its nurses and offers a supportive, dynamic work environment, apply today and take the next step in your veterinary nursing career.
