The role offers a balanced work-life schedule with a 4-day week from 8.45 am to 5.30 pm, including a 30-minute lunch break and 15-minute consults. The on-call rota is 1:6 weekends, with no bank holiday openings, ensuring you have ample time to recharge.
The salary is competitive, with flexibility based on experience. Benefits include a company pension, private healthcare, generous CPD allowance of £2000 per annum, support for further education, professional memberships, and a substantial holiday allowance.
