The Opportunity:

As ECC Veterinary Team Leader, you will:

Provide clinical leadership across emergency and critical care services
Mentor and support a team of ECC veterinarians and nurses
Help establish clinical standards, workflows, and protocols
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Balance hands-on clinical work with dedicated leadership responsibilities

About You:

We’re looking for a confident ECC clinician who is ready to grow into (or further develop) a leadership role.

You will bring:

- Experience in emergency and critical care
- Strong or emerging leadership and mentoring skills
- Confidence in decision-making, including sole-charge scenarios
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Commitment to high standards of patient care
- A veterinary degree registrable in Victoria (BVSc, DVM, or equivalent)

What they Offer:

- $200,000 – $250,000 (based on experience and leadership responsibilities)
