Are you an enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon looking to join a dynamic and supportive team? A busy small animal surgery in Essex is seeking an additional Full Time Veterinary Surgeon to enhance its established team of 13 vets, 12 RVNs, 10 Student Nurses, and 10 Receptionists. This role offers a unique blend of professional growth and work-life balance, with free on-site parking and excellent transport links to central London and the Essex countryside.

The team boasts a diverse range of interests, from medicine to soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery. With a generous CPD allowance, you will be supported in studying at certificate level, allowing you to further your expertise. The practice handles a varied caseload, requiring applicants to have at least three years of UK experience, confidence in occasional sole charge, and competence in routine surgical procedures. Strong diagnostic and medicinal skills, particularly in internal medicine, are essential. Excellent people skills, flexibility, and a passion for the practice and team are also crucial. You should be comfortable in a consult room, delivering exceptional customer service and dedication to clients.

The full-time role is spread across four weekdays, with a weekend rota of just 1 in 6 full weekends and 1 in 6 Saturdays only. Part-time hours will be considered for the right candidate.
