The role offers a flexible shift pattern, designed to fit around your lifestyle. Consultations are scheduled throughout the day and sessions allocated to vets,  ensuring a balanced workload. Each vet is allocated surgery slots daily, along with designated time for calls and catch-up, allowing for reflection and further learning. This flexibility extends to part-time arrangements for the right candidate, making it easier to achieve a work-life balance.

Weekends are equally well-structured, with shifts from 9am to 5pm on Saturdays. The weekend rota is designed to be manageable, with vets working one in every five to six weekends. To ensure you’re well-rested, time off in lieu is provided the following week.
