Enjoy a balanced work-life schedule. Full-time nurses typically work a 4-day week, with each shift lasting 9 hours. Your duties will include a mix of consulting, inpatient, and surgical responsibilities. The weekend rota follows a 1-in-4 pattern, with duty nights on rotation. Flexibility is key, and our client is open to discussing alternative working patterns to suit your needs, ensuring a setup that works for you.
