An independently owned, two-site practice, is seeking an experienced vet for each of its locations near Heathrow Airport. With one Director, two vets, an RVN Nursing Manager, Veterinary Care Assistants, and a dedicated reception team, this practice offers a collaborative and supportive environment. Both sites are ideally located on the outskirts of London, providing easy access to Heathrow for those spontaneous European getaways.

Joining this team will allow you to play a pivotal role in the growth and development of the practice. Working closely with the Director and Nursing Manager, your responsibilities will include consultations, surgery, and dentistry. While proficiency in ultrasound is desirable, training courses are available to enhance your skillset. This role not only allows you to utilise your clinical expertise but also offers a unique chance to develop your leadership and business management skills.

The position offers a balanced work-life schedule with four days per week and 1:3 Saturday shifts. Enjoy 33 days of annual leave, including a day off for your birthday, and a generous CPD allowance of £1,500 and four days. The salary ranges from £55,000 to £70,000, depending on your experience, and includes a performance-related bonus. Additional benefits include treatment discounts for your pets, a pension scheme, no out-of-hours work, no bank holiday shifts, RCVS annual registration fee, and VDS cover.

Both sites are conveniently located, with the Hillingdon practice just a 10-minute walk from the newly opened Elizabeth Line tube and the Hounslow practice a 10-minute walk from the underground train station.
