New Graduate Veterinary Surgeon – Lincolnshire Coast & Wolds Area
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a recent or soon-to-be Veterinary Graduate to join a thriving independent small animal practice located between the stunning Lincolnshire coastline and the picturesque Lincolnshire Wolds.
This position offers an exceptional environment in which to develop clinical skills and confidence, supported by an experienced and highly qualified team committed to helping new graduates succeed. The practice provides comprehensive clinical support, with Certificate Holders across multiple disciplines and an experienced VetGDP Adviser who has successfully guided numerous graduates through portfolio completion.
The veterinary team comprises 7 Veterinary Surgeons, 13 Registered Veterinary Nurses, and 13 Student Veterinary Nurses. The practice is home to Advanced Practitioners in Diagnostic Imaging and Surgery, alongside Certificate Holders in Cardiology, Internal Medicine, Neurology, and Ophthalmology.
The successful candidate will have access to excellent facilities, including:
Digital Radiography
Ultrasound
CT and MRI suite
Diagnostic and surgical endoscopy
Dedicated soft tissue and orthopaedic theatres
On-site rehabilitation centre
Hydrotherapy and physiotherapy services
These facilities support a varied and interesting caseload, including advanced diagnostic and surgical procedures, providing an ideal learning environment for a new graduate.

Starting salary of £38,700
