Imagine working in a state-of-the-art facility with in-house CT, dental suites equipped with dental X-ray, video endoscopy, and advanced ophthalmology equipment. The hospital is proud to hold Cat-Friendly Status and a Gold award, ensuring a high standard of care for all patients. You'll be part of a team that includes certificate holders in ophthalmology, orthopaedics, soft tissue surgery, and emergency critical care, providing you with ample opportunities to learn and grow.

The role offers a balanced work-life schedule with no night shifts, thanks to a dedicated night team. You'll work 40 hours over an optional 4-5 days with a 1:4 Saturday rota and additional pay for Sunday shifts. The salary can go up to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The team values continuous learning and regularly discusses clinical cases and holds monthly meetings to share knowledge. To be considered for this role, you must have RCVS registration and a minimum of 2 years of general practice experience. You should be confident in performing routine neutering, abdominal ultrasound, exploratory laparotomies, and routine consults.
