The role offers a competitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £65,000 FTE, depending on experience. You can choose between 8 or 10-hour shifts, with built-in admin time to ensure a balanced workload. Consultations are thoughtfully scheduled, with 15-minute slots for routine visits, 30 minutes for more complex cases, and up to an hour for euthanasia, allowing for compassionate and thorough care. Overnight inpatient care is managed by a dedicated nurse five nights a week, ensuring continuous support.

- RCVS/VDS fees covered by the practice, plus one extra subscription to a professional organisation such as the BSAVA.
