Ideal candidates will have solid experience in small animal first-opinion practice and be comfortable working in sole charge. A passion for a broad GP caseload, including both medicine and surgery, is essential. This role is perfect for proactive vets who enjoy building strong relationships with clients and contributing to the growth of the practice. Additionally, those interested in mentoring new graduates will find a supportive environment to nurture their development.
