Are you an experienced Veterinary Surgeon looking to elevate your career and be part of something new?

This is your chance to join a thriving, independently owned veterinary group that values your expertise and passion for animal care. With two well-equipped practices located in a charming market town in South Lincolnshire and exciting plans to open a hospital later this year, this role offers a dynamic and supportive environment where you can truly make a difference.

Imagine working in a setting that boasts state-of-the-art facilities, including an in-house lab, digital X-Ray, ultrasound, and dental X-Ray. This is not just a job; it’s a place where your skills will be honed and your professional growth encouraged. Whether you’re looking to take your next career step or work towards a funded certificate, this role provides the perfect platform for your ambitions.

The role offers a mix of both day and night shifts on a 5-week rolling rota (with only one weekend included within each 5 weeks), making it ideal for someone with a passion for ECC or looking to move into an ECC role. During your day shifts, consultations will be scheduled throughout the day and sessions allocated to vets, ensuring a balanced workload. Each vet is allocated surgery slots daily, along with designated time for calls and catch-up, allowing for reflection and further learning.

This role is perfect for a Small Animal Vet who thrives in a busy, hospital environment. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience and a proactive approach to veterinary care. If you’re ready to take your career to new heights in a supportive and innovative setting, this is the role for you.

Take the next step in your veterinary career and apply today. Your future in veterinary excellence awaits.
