The practice is expanding and is ideally seeking an experienced Vet to become part of their dedicated team. With an impressively low staff turnover, the team is composed of highly qualified professionals, boasting between 3 and 18 years of experience. This wealth of expertise ensures that you will be well-supported and encouraged to advance in your career. The practice is committed to personal development, offering support for certificates and Continuing Professional Development (CPD). Currently, some of the vets are working towards their exotics and internal medicine certificates, and consult-only roles can also be considered.

Flexibility is a key feature of this role, with options for full or part-time work starting from 30 hours per week. The weekend rota is designed to provide a balanced work-life schedule, with full-time staff working 1.5 weekends in 8, and part-time staff up to 1 in 10. Beyond the professional environment, the team is known for its sociability, engaging in activities such as a running club and yoga.

The practice has been recognised for its excellence, winning Practice of the Year in 2023 and Supportive Practice of the Year in 2024. The salary is highly competitive, up to £65,000 depending on experience (FTE).
