The position involves working two weeks on, followed by two weeks off, with shifts between 8am and 8pm during your working weeks. This flexible schedule allows for a balanced work-life dynamic, giving you ample time to explore the beautiful Isle of Wight. The role is open to various areas of interest, particularly those with surgical experience or a focus on exotics. The hospital is enriched by a collaborative team environment. You will be joining a group of professionals with expertise in Surgery, Cardiology, ECC, Internal Medicine, and Dermatology. The team engages in Clinical Excellence projects, regular vet meetings, case reviews, and dedicated CPD days, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

The Isle of Wight itself offers a stunning backdrop with its beautiful countryside, beach walks, historic landmarks, and local produce. The hospital features state-of-the-art facilities, including consult rooms, surgery suites, an in-house lab, ultrasound scanner, digital and dental x-rays, CT scanner, and endoscopy. The three branches across the island are equally well-equipped, ensuring comprehensive care for all patients.

When you join this team, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £60,000 DOE FTE, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
