Veterinary Nurse - Team Leader

Are you a dedicated and passionate Registered Veterinary Nurse looking to take the next step in your career? A small animal practice in County Durham is seeking a Team Leader RVN to join their 24/7 dedicated team. This role offers flexible working hours, an interesting and varied caseload, and a commitment to high-level patient care.

This is a fantastic chance to be part of a supportive and knowledgeable team, with three branches equipped to handle most work in-house. The successful candidate will work alongside other RVN Team Leaders, overseeing a nursing team of 32 RVNs, SVNs, and VCAs, under the guidance of the Head RVN. This role is perfect for someone who is motivated, driven, and passionate about improving client and patient experiences while achieving clinical excellence.
