An exceptional Senior Veterinary Surgeon is sought to join a friendly, supportive team in East Cheshire. This is a unique chance to work alongside a Clinical Director, shaping the future of the practice, mentoring the next generation of vets, and thriving in a team that truly values its people.

In this role, you will be mentoring and training newly and recently qualified vets, helping them build skills, confidence, and clinical judgement. You will provide high-quality, compassionate clinical care across a wide range of cases, maintaining and promoting excellent client care and communication. Additionally, you will help create a supportive, respectful, and collaborative working environment where everyone feels valued and able to thrive.

This full-time position offers a 4-day working week, ensuring a healthy work-life balance. Participation in the weekend and bank holiday rota is required, with Sundays and Bank Holidays based at a sister practice in Warrington, providing access to an ECC case load.
