The organisation is embarking on an exciting new chapter with the opening of a state-of-the-art veterinary hospital in January 2027. This new facility will feature six consulting rooms, four operating theatres, dedicated dog and cat waiting areas, hospitalisation facilities, a cattery, CT and X-ray facilities, dental facilities, space for MRI, and dedicated equine hospital facilities. With 24-hour veterinary care, the new hospital is set to elevate the standard of animal care in Guernsey.

Key duties and responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent clinical care to small animals
- Work collaboratively within a supportive and developing team
- Utilise new facilities to enhance patient care
- Develop clinical interests and skills, potentially across both small animal and equine work

Skills and experience:
- Qualified Veterinary Surgeon with relevant experience
- Strong clinical skills and a passion for animal care
- Ability to work well within a team
- Interest in professional development and continuous learning
- Experience in both small animal and equine care is desirable but not essential
