A leading veterinary practice in the East Cheshire area is seeking a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join their welcoming team. Whether you're seeking a permanent position or a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave, this role offers flexibility and a supportive environment.

You'll be part of a close-knit team of experienced Small Animal Vets, Registered Veterinary Nurses, auxiliary nurses, and reception colleagues, all dedicated to providing exceptional care to both patients and clients. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine consultations and surgical procedures
- Manage a varied caseload of small animals
- Build lasting relationships with clients and their pets
- Collaborate with a supportive team across multiple branches
- Participate in a 2:11 Saturday morning rota (9:00am - 1:00pm) shared across local practices

Skills and Experience:
- Experience in a busy first-opinion small animal practice
- Confidence in routine consultations and surgical procedures
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Commitment to delivering outstanding patient and client care
- Desire to continue developing skills in a positive environment

This role offers a rewarding mix of consultations and surgery, allowing you to thrive professionally while maintaining a healthy balance outside of work. The working pattern includes a full-time, 4-day week with practice hours from 8:30am to 6:30pm, and no out-of-hours or bank holiday commitments.
