Key duties and responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the equine team
- Oversee the daily operations of the equine clinic
- Provide high-quality veterinary care to equine patients
- Collaborate with the small animal practice team
- Engage with visiting specialists to support surgeries

Skills and experience:
- 100% Equine Vet with relevant experience
- Enthusiasm and ambition to lead a team
- Strong orthopaedic and dental skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
