Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional care to small animals during out-of-hours shifts.
- Lead surgical and medical cases with confidence and precision.
- Conduct diagnostic investigations using advanced equipment.
- Support and mentor colleagues, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Participate in a 7 nights on, 14 nights off rota, with additional Sunday and bank holiday shifts as required.

- Proven experience as a veterinary surgeon with strong clinical skills.
- Ability to handle a varied caseload and provide guidance to the team.
