Key duties and responsibilities:
- Manage a full GP caseload, including wellness consultations, sick patients, minor surgery, and preventive care.
- Build genuine client relationships through our innovative subscription membership model.
- Participate in clinical audits and Continuous Professional Development (CPD) to maintain high clinical standards.
- Contribute to creating a practice culture where veterinary professionals thrive and enjoy coming to work.

Skills and experience:
- MRCVS with at least 3 years post-qualification experience (newly qualified vets with strong foundations will also be considered).
- A genuine interest in first-opinion GP work and the variety it brings.
- A care-first mentality that clients notice and patients benefit from.
- Collaborative, honest, and eager to do things differently.
