As a founding vet, you won't just be filling a rota — you'll be instrumental in shaping the clinical culture at the new practice. This is a unique chance to have input into protocols, the client journey, and overall practice standards. With full referral support staff and direct ambulance support to a referral hospital, you’ll have the resources you need for those challenging cases. Dedicated admin time ensures your day remains stress-free, allowing you to focus on what you do best.

Key duties and responsibilities:
- Manage a full GP caseload including wellness consultations, sick patients, minor surgery, and preventive care.
- Build genuine client relationships through our subscription membership model.
- Participate in clinical audits and CPD, as clinical quality is taken seriously.
- Contribute to creating a practice culture where vets are excited to come to work.

Skills and experience:
- MRCVS with at least 3 years post-qualification experience.
- Genuine interest in first-opinion GP work, finding the variety energising.
- A care-first mentality that clients notice and patients benefit from.
- Collaborative, honest, and interested in doing things differently.
