Veterinary Nurse - shape your future

Key duties and responsibilities:
- Perform a full scope of RVN clinical practices, including anaesthesia, monitoring, and surgical support.
- Lead nurse clinics focusing on weight management, post-operative care, vaccinations, and parasite prevention.
- Educate clients, particularly around the practice’s subscription membership.
- Manage stock, care for equipment, and oversee practice operations.
- Mentor student nurses as the team expands.

Skills and experience:
- Must be an RCVS-registered RVN.
- Possess at least 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in a first-opinion practice.
- Demonstrate clinical confidence and a genuine passion for nursing.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to be clear, warm, and reassuring with clients.
- Enthusiastic about contributing to a new practice culture rather than adapting to an existing one.
