- Support veterinary surgeons and registered nurses across consults, prep, theatre, and wards.
- Prepare and maintain clinical areas, equipment, and consumables.
- Assist with patient handling, restraint, and monitoring of inpatients.
- Help deliver a calm, kind experience for every pet and every owner.
- Contribute to practice operations by shaping rotas and workflows before opening.

Skills and experience:
- Warmth with people and animals, in equal measure.
- Genuine care about clinical standards and doing things properly.
- The drive to help shape a practice rather than slot into one.
- Reliability and calm under pressure.
- Experience in a veterinary or animal care setting is welcome, but not essential— the right attitude matters more, and training will be provided.
