The successful RVN will play an important role in delivering outstanding care to patients. Key responsibilities will include:
Providing high-quality nursing care to a varied caseload
Supporting surgical and medical procedures
Monitoring patients and accurately recording their progress
Working closely with vets and the wider team to deliver excellent patient care
Building positive relationships with clients and providing clear, compassionate communication
Contributing to team meetings, practice development and team events
Helping to maintain a clean, organised and welcoming clinical environment
The practice is looking for an RVN who is passionate about veterinary nursing and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
The successful candidate will have:
RCVS registration
A strong interest or experience in surgical and/or medical nursing
A positive, proactive and forward-thinking approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A genuine commitment to patient welfare and outstanding client care
The confidence to work independently while knowing when to seek support
Enthusiasm for learning and developing clinical skills
