Our clients busy London based hospital is currently looking for an inspiring Veterinary Surgeon to join their team as Clinical Director. You would play a vital role in the team ensuring they continue to provide the highest level of service to their patients and clients 24/7 by working closely with and leading a clinical and support team of 71 experienced professionals, with the full support of the current clinic leadership team.
This role is full time, permanent, Monday to Friday, with no weekends. The role is focused on working to help develop the business and individual team members, with some clinical case management and clinical mentorship. As you will be working closely with the whole hospital team you will ideally have excellent leadership and communication skills.
All applicants must have previous leadership experience, knowledge of team engagement, finance management and have exceptional standards of clinical and client care. You will ideally be keen to help other develop their skills and expertise, and lead change with a long-term goal and cutting-edge approach.
The hospital itself has state of the art equipment and facilities, including an ISFM gold standard cat friendly clinic and separate dog friendly clinic, as well as over 50% of the current Vets holding additional post graduate qualifications, certificates and specialist diplomas, allowing the hospital to offer an incredible selection of referral and first opinion services to their clients.
You will be based in the fabulous North London area with excellent public transport links, easy access to the main city train stations and less than 1 hour from Heathrow airport. Just a stone throw away is the bustling city centre, as well as no shortage of local restaurants, entertainment and other amenities to keep you busy during your free time
