Join This Exceptional Team:
At the practice, you'll become part of a dynamic team that includes:

5 Vets (3 FT, 2 PT)
6 Nursing Staff (mix of qualified, SVN’s, and ACA)
6 Receptionists/Administrators

Work-Life Balance and Benefits:
This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours a week on a rota basis between 8:30 am to 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday. You'll also work 1:6 Saturdays from 8.30 am to 4 pm, taken back as TOIL. Additionally, there will be work at the nearby hospital, working 1:8 weekends and sharing Bank Holiday duties (usually one/two weekends a year).

What We're Looking For:
Ideally, we're seeking candidates with:

Previous Clinical Coach experience to support SVN’s within this Accredited Training Practice for Student Nurses.
Previous experience in a leadership role (a distinct advantage).
RCVS registration and full qualification.
A driver's license and access to a vehicle.
