Are you an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse looking for a fulfilling role as a clinical coach/Head RVN? Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and building strong client relationships? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!
For this full time, permanent role, your normal working week would consist of 40hrs on a rota system, with 1 in 2 weekends and no OOH’s. You will ideally have a strong knowledge and understanding of veterinary best practices and procedures and be committed to always providing the best possible client and patient care.
You will act as lead for the nursing team, made up of 2 RVN’s and 1 VCA. Helping to create new opportunities for the team, while coaching and supporting them through the day to day and in their individual career growth and development. The remaining team is made up of 2 Vets (1 an advanced practitioner in small animal surgery) and 2 non-clinical support staff.
Within this role you will have a busy and varied caseload working with both small animal and exotics. This small practice is set up with all the equipment you need, with ultrasound on site and the added benefit of team members trained in physiotherapy, allowing you to offer your clients even more services inhouse.
