Imagine leading a cluster of 3 clinics, where you'll play a pivotal role in both clinical and administrative duties. As the Lead Clinic Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
Clinical Excellence: Oversee patient care, demonstrating impeccable hygiene standards and vigilant infection control practices.

Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to your dedicated team, fostering a culture of excellence.

Patient Care: Take charge of nursing plans and care for in-patients, ensuring their well-being at all times.

Safety and Hygiene: Prioritize hygiene and equipment maintenance, minimizing the risk of infections and cross-contamination.
Communication: Facilitate effective communication through team briefings and daily huddles.
