My client is now recruiting for a Lead Veterinary Nurse to join their team.

They have two amazing clinics across South West London

Hours: Full-time hours – 4 day working week Monday to Friday and a share of weekends.

About them:

They are a?multi-site?small animal primary care practice. Their vision is?to provide the very best, community based veterinary care in?the?South West, where pets and their owners?will always come first. Their committed certified veterinary team and well-equipped practices?ensure they can tailor to any patients needs with compassion, care and empathy. ?

Your role and responsibilities

You will lead the nursing team, students and PCA teams. Their clinics have excellent levels of equipment including digital x-ray processors, direct digital dental equipment, endoscopes, laparoscopes, colourflow Doppler ultrasound, K-laser, orthopaedic equipment and excellent in-house laboratory equipment. This will allow you every opportunity to work up and treat cases to your full potential. Working within a supportive team allows the opportunity to share knowledge and further develop your skills.

They have a very inclusive and positive team approach, with a strong focus on staff wellbeing. This is reflected in a recent transition to a 4-day working week for our RVNs.

A Clinical Coach qualification is desirable, but not essential as we would support the successful candidate in becoming a Clinical Coach.
