As a practice, they pride themselves on providing exceptional veterinary care to both small animals and farm animals, with a focus on 70% small animal cases and 30% farm animals. Whilst they offer minimal equine work, they are keen to support a recent graduate who is eager to explore various aspects of mixed practice.
Continued professional development is highly valued and they have previously supported two vets through certification programs and are committed to fostering an environment that encourages growth and learning. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated team of six vets, with four full-time mixed vets on a rotational basis.
They also understand the importance of work-life balance and embrace the concept of flexible working, accommodating your personal needs wher possible. As is common in mixed practice, you'll participate in the equally shared out-of-hours rota to ensure the provision of seamless emergency care to patients.
