Well it is not often vacancies such as this come along and offer such amazing opportunities to their employees!!
I am proud to be representing this independent, innovative and constantly progressing group of Small Animal clinics in Kent. If you have ever wanted to really be part of something, have a voice and input on the future and direction of the clinic you work and team you work within, this is most certainly a role you will love.
This independent practice has been established for well over 100 years. Their employees are at the heart of everything they do and the are also a growing business with plans to open further sites in the future.
They currently have a vacancy for an RVN vet to join their Hospital team and also at a branch site, offering something for any level and interest. Full time or part time can be considered and they can offer huge flex on the rota pattern as they have a large clinical team across 6 sites. No OOH or on call, as they have their own dedicated night team. Full time is a four day week allowing a great work/life balance.
They really utilise their RVN's, ensuring that they cover schedule three wherever possible, and have a variety of nurse clinics running everyday, that are hugely popular with their clients and are fully booked all day! The nurses do the majority of the dentals, x-rays and treatment plans allowing the vets to concentrate on their day jobs!

Do not just take my word for it, get in touch with me today 07384 551779 or debbie@vettedrecruitment.co.uk, and I will ensure you have the opportunity to speak to the team, prior to application and/or spend time at the practice prior to accepting an offer.
