Small Animal Vets Looking for New Opportunities in East Yorkshire!

Are you a passionate, motivated, and skilled small animal vet? If so, we can now offer you a fantastic opportunity to join this experienced team of 6 vets across our two surgeries in East Yorkshire.

Interest in Surgery, Medicine, Diagnostic Imaging, etc.? No problem! They offer support for your areas of interest, allowing you to showcase your skills and gain invaluable experience. With clinical freedom and no sales targets, you can focus on providing the best possible care to clients and their pets.

The practice culture is one of a collaborative approach to veterinary care. You'll have the support of a wonderful team of nurses, support staff and directors who are fully involved in practice life. Your ideas and opinions will be valued and you'll have a say in what you do as a practice.

They understand the importance of work-life balance, which is why they offer accommodation with utilities paid for, a vehicle to use as you require, MOT, servicing, and insurance included (if you choose this option), and flexible working options. The accommodations are 2-storey, spacious homes suitable for couples/families.

Looking for continuous professional development? We've got you covered with a CPD budget of £1000 per year as standard, with additional budget and support for certificates, etc. discussed on an individual basis.

Salary packages (full time) start from £34,000 for new graduates and are then discussed based on experience. With 5 weeks holiday per year, plus some extra paid time off over the festive period, you can have the work-life balance you deserve.

As a new or recent graduate, they offer extra support to help you complete consults, learn surgical procedures, and follow cases through yourself. They also provide regular individual meetings with a director, plenty of opportunities to discuss cases, and support to learn surgical procedures.

In terms of the role, part-time, full-time, and flexible working are all considered. A mix of surgery, diagnostics, and consulting clinics is involved, and you'll have opportunities to get involved in a range of additional activities, such as nurse training, community projects, and practice improvements.

You must to eligible to register with the RCVS to be considered for this position.

Don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity to join the team! Contact us today to find out more.
