Rare opportunity now available within independent practice in city centre location for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon with a surgical bias

You'll be joining a large team of Veterinary Surgeons and Registered Veterinary Nurses, with interests including internal medicine, imaging and acupuncture. There's a collaborative culture within the practice, so case discussions are the norm and everyone is supported to share ideas, whatever they may be. Some of the senior vet staff have been with the practice for over 20 years, demonstrating how easy it is to develop your career here. There will always be plenty of support for you to better your skills; including additional funding for further qualifications.

Full time hours comprise a four day working week with a 1 in 6 Saturday morning consult and inpatient care rota. Out of hours cases are sent to Vets Now. 

Dedicated time throughout the day is allowed for in practice for both CPD and training and to ensure adequate periods for administration and catching up with notes.

The equipment on offer allows for good case work ups and includes (but is not limited to)  ultrasound, video endoscope, in house lab, ECG and digital radiography, digital dental radiography and laparoscope.
