Owned and run by an RVN who understands the challenges of practice, is now seeking someone to assist them with the day to day running of the clinic and lead the clinical team. Located in a leafy part of London with a bustling high street of shops, bars and restaurants and is close proximity of the London Underground you will be joining a friendly and supportive team with loyal and lovely client base. You will be providing excellent communication and individual customised care. Maintain trusting bonds with the clients and appreciate the bond between human and animal. They are seeking someone who excels at communicating and enjoys workng as part of a team.
The practice is well equipped with digital CR dental radiography, full in house lab, dental suite, ultrasound, endoscopy, bronchoscopy, multi parameter monitoring, tonometry, theatres and multiple consult rooms. They are passionate about caring for the patients stress levels within the practice and have separate cat and dog entrances, reception area, consult and ward rooms. They also have a separate quiet room for end of life discussions. Client care is paramount so consultation times are tailored to each individual and presenting case with none shorter than 20 minutes. Client communication slots are allocated throughout the day to allow time for further client discussion, lab results and admin time. They currently have a visiting specialist for cardiology, imaging and orthopaedics.
The role for a full time post would be a four day week and one in three Saturday mornings with time off in lieu. Lunch breaks are mandatory and are an hour each day. Half an hour ward rounds twice a day also. With a starting salary of £40,000 and up to £70,000 per annum DOE. Does this sound good?
