We have a number of opportunities available within our client's multi-site practice in Calderdale, West Yorkshire.
The practice has undergone phenomenal growth over the last few years and the owners have continued to invest heavily in their premises, equipment and the development of their staff. They are still taking on new clients and servicing those that local competitors are unable to see. The anticipated continuation on growth means they are looking for more Veterinary Surgeons to join them to future proof the practice. We're not currently replacing any staff and the turnover is very low here.
You'll be joining a team of over 40 Vet Surgeons, including certificate holders in radiology, surgery and exotics. Other colleagues are studying certificates in surgery, anaesthesia and medicine, so you're in good company and will be well supported.
The hospital and 6 branches are equipped with HEPA filtered operating theatres, orthopaedics kit, dental suite, neurosurgery, digital xray and ultrasound, in house lab, endoscope, laparoscope, arthroscope and 64 slice CT scanner. There are visiting specialists in dermatology, ultrasound and a visiting MRI.
The practice is proudly independent and aims to go 'beyond 1st Opinion', doing as much inhouse as possible, only referring where appropriate. This creates scope for development of all staff and a deeper bond with clients and their pets.
*4.5 days, 1:3 Saturday AM, 1:10 on call
