Head Veterinary Nurse - large multi branch practice

A Small Animal Practice in County Durham is seeking a Head Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their dynamic and dedicated 24/7 team. Role Details:

- Full-time position: 40 hours per week, either over 4 or 5 days.
- Competitive salary based on experience (£33,000 - £38,000 pro rata).
- You will be supported by four RVN Team Leaders and will oversee a team of 32 RVNs, SVNs, and VCAs.
- Responsibilities include leading the nursing team, managing clinical and administrative tasks, and liaising with the wider management team.
