Are you an experienced Equine Vet eager to advance your career? This exciting role could be your perfect match.

Nestled in the picturesque lower Clyde Valley, this state-of-the-art flagship practice offers an exceptional work environment. Recently awarded the Investors in the Environment Silver Level Award, the practice is on its way to achieving the highest 'Green' award, reflecting a commitment to sustainability and excellence.

The practice boasts purpose-built premises, including an equine referral hospital and a well-established ambulatory service. The practice also expanded in 2014 with another branch to better serve central Scotland, from Perth to Abington and Glasgow to Edinburgh. As one of Scotland's largest equine veterinary practices, the team provides 24/7 care for horses, ponies, and donkeys. The facilities include stabling for 11 horses, an outdoor ménage, a large examination area with a non-slip floor, and custom-made stocks for various procedures.

The role on offer is for a permanent, equine ambulatory Vet with prior experience in practice or a similar ambulatory role. The position is based at the purpose-built practice and includes an 'on-call' component. While a full-time role is available, flexible working arrangements will be considered to suit individual needs.

The area offers a charming lifestyle with its beautiful boutiques and strong sense of community, ideal for young families or those seeking a quieter pace of life. For those who enjoy city life, Edinburgh and Glasgow are just a 60-minute drive away, with Edinburgh airport within 30 miles, ensuring there's something for everyone.
