In the wake of their UK expansions, the demand for products has soared paving a way for a few more integral members of the team.  Our clients are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Care Advisor to support their sales team in the Oakham office.

Responsibilities include:
•    Working with customers and team members
•    Answering phone calls, 
•    Dealing with customer queries
•    General administration duties

The ideal candidate will possess:
•    Some experience in customer care, with a preference for those versed in agriculture, pet, or garden retail.
•    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
•    Proficiency in sales, negotiation, and presentation.
•    A knack for building relationships and working well with a larger team and alone as required.
•    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skill.
•    Self-motivation.
•    IT proficiency.
