This 3 site mixed practice nestled on the outskirts of the breathtaking North Yorkshire Moors comprises a dedicated team of over 20 vets and 16 RVNs/SVNs. 

They're now looking to welcome a mixed or small animal graduate veterinary surgeon to become a valuable part of their team. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of colleagues, including certificate holders, seasoned professionals, and vets who've been with them for many years. Their practice culture is profoundly social, marked by a robust, supportive, and friendly team.

About the Graduate Development Programme:

As part of the Graduate Development Programme, you'll embark on a journey of growth and development. This multifaceted program combines training days, in-house mentoring, ongoing professional development (CPD), and hands-on clinical practice. It forms a dynamic platform for you to evolve into a confident and skilled Veterinary Surgeon.

Supportive 1-to-1 and group mentoring sessions, fostering engagement and interaction.
Gaining invaluable experience in surgery, medicine, teamwork, and providing exceptional customer service.
Developing business acumen to ensure the highest standards of patient care.

As a full-time graduate vet, you'll enjoy a balanced 4-day workweek, with a 1 in 4 Saturday commitment (until 2pm). There is a shared out of hours rota for the mixed role.  They've trained VET GDP advisors ready to guide new graduates through a tailored development program, eliminating the need for sole charge and allowing for extended consults. Accommodation, car and visa sponsorship available also.
