About The Role

As Head Nurse, you will lead a team of passionate professionals, guiding them to deliver exceptional clinical care and outstanding customer service. Your excellent communication skills and ability to thrive on a varied caseload will be essential. The role requires working four days a week, with 1 in 4 weekends and duty nights on a rota basis.
