Head Veterinary Surgeon - lead an exceptional team

Are you a passionate veterinary professional ready to take the next step in your career? My client is on the lookout for a dynamic Head Vet to lead their exceptional team. This is your chance to drive the continuous improvement of the clinical standards and services, while also mentoring and upskilling your colleagues to help achieve the aim of being a centre of clinical excellence.

As the Head Vet, you will be an integral part of the surgery’s management team. My client is seeking someone with a high level of clinical expertise who is dedicated to delivering outstanding care. The ideal candidate will thrive in a leadership role, with the drive and passion to implement a strategic vision, coaching and inspiring the team to consistently deliver gold-standard, evidence-based care. The role requires a working pattern of four days a week with one in four weekends. While there are no out-of-hours duties, we do need our Head Vet to be on call for any overnight inpatients.
