About the Role
As the Lead RVN, you will be a key player in this well-established practice. Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring anaesthesia and performing theatre duties
- Overseeing the daily operations of clinical areas
- Supporting and training junior team members
- Running nurse consultations such as weight clinics and diabetes management
- Collaborating closely with the vet and Client Care Advisor (CCA) team
About You
The ideal candidate will be:
- An experienced RVN with at least one year of qualification
- Highly organised and passionate about maintaining high clinical standards
- Ready to step into a leadership role or already possessing some leadership experience
- Interested in mentoring junior team members and potentially becoming a Clinical Coach
