Are you an experienced veterinary surgeon looking for a fulfilling new role in a practice that values working together towards success and has a passion for providing fantastic client and patient care? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

Ideally you will have previous experience helping manage a practice, be confident working sole charge, dealing with emergencies on the day and helping others with cases.  Admin breaks will be factored into your day, however you should be able to manage your time productively while completing your tasks.

You will be supported in all routine and emergency cases by the current team, consisting of 1 Vet, 2-3 RVN’s, 2 VCA’s and 3 receptionists and have the additional support of their two sister practices.

While the three practice teams work closely together and support each other with cases where necessary, you will be based in one practice, with no requirement to cover any other site.

This practice provides a comprehensive range of services for their patients.  With onsite ultrasound, x-ray facilities and surgical theatre.  You will also be encouraged to complete external CPD regularly and have the opportunity to add to the equipment and services offered depending on your experience and requirement for services in the area.

As an added bonus this practice is located in the fantastic Lanarkshire area, just stone’s throw from Glasgow city Centre and 1.5hr drive or train journey to Edinburgh City centre.  You have easy access to excellent public transport, including Glasgow Airport for travel further afield and are less than 1.5hrs drive to the picturesque Loch Lomond and Scottish Highlands.  Whether you love the hustle and bustle of city life or long for the peaceful countryside and outdoor lifestyle in your spare time, this location offers it all.
