As a member of the team, the successful candidate will join a group of 13 vets, 27 RVNs/SVNs, and a robust support team. The practice is RCVS accredited, ensuring high standards and a varied caseload. The team values case continuity and is home to several certificate holders, making it an ideal environment for professional growth and development. The practice is keen to support progression, encouraging and funding certificates for those looking to advance their skills.

The role involves working a 4-day week from 8 am to 6 pm, with on-call duties and weekends on a rota basis. This schedule provides a balanced work-life dynamic, allowing ample time to enjoy personal pursuits.

Located in a vibrant village in South Staffordshire with all beautiful countryside right on your doorstep for all your outdoor activities, or for a bit more life you can pop into Birmingham City Centre within 30 minutes by car and 40 minutes by train, where there is also direct access to London. Being only 40 minutes from Birmingham Airport for travel further afield means this location has something for everyone with these excellent transport links. The practice benefits from excellent amenities, including a twice-weekly market and a monthly food and craft fair.
