Our clients have been caring for the patients of Cambridgeshire for over 100 years and are a currently looking for an enthusiastic registered veterinary nurse to join their hospital team on a full or part time basis. Working 4-or 5-day weeks with flexible working options for part time applicants, no nights and weekends worked on a rota with time back in lieu.
Applicants will ideally be hardworking, confident and eager to develop their skills and work towards coaching/mentoring students in practice. You should be passionate about providing the highest standard of care and able to communicate well with the practice team and clients about treatment plans and patient care.
You will be joining a lovely, enthusiastic team who thrive on providing their clients the best possible treatment. With a typical day always offering a varied workload, with you working between nurse clinics, monitoring anaesthesia in theatre, nursing patients and supporting the vet team.
The practice itself is well equipped with ultrasound, dental x-ray, ECG and blood pressure monitors, endoscopy, dental suite, ICU, in-house laboratory, theatres and separate cat and dog wards. They also have access to a rehabilitation centre with hydrotherapy, physiotherapy, and laser therapy on site.
Located in stunning Cambridgeshire this practice offers you excellent local amenities, easy access by bus, direct to the practice door and is close to the A1 for travel further afield.
