Whether you are newly qualified or an experienced RVN we have a fantastic opportunity for you in a well-established veterinary hospital based in the heart of London.
This role is full time, permanent and offers you a varied caseload including routine, emergency and critical care cases as well as providing inpatient/ward care. You will be working with an experienced team of vets, nurses, student nurses and clinical managers working across all departments. Candidates will ideally be friendly and hardworking, confident working sole charge and proactively as part of a team. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and be comfortable discussing treatment plans and cases with both clients and the clinical team.
The role is fast paced and would lend itself perfectly for an RVN with any level of experience who is eager to learn and develop their skills and can keep up within a busy hospital environment.
The hospital itself is first opinion and supports the surrounding branch practices with internal referrals, hospitalisation and emergency care. It boasts specialists in ophthalmology, orthopaedic and soft tissue surgery, dentistry, dermatology and physiotherapy allowing them to offer their clients a full range of treatments and care inhouse and ensure continuity of care as often as possible.
The hospital is state of the art, fully equipped with all you could expect from a 24/7 hospital and holds hospital level accreditations from the RCVS and Silver Awards from ISFM for their cat friendly clinics. Based just south of the city centre this location is ideal for anyone who loves the city life and exploring all it has to offer. With excellent public transport minutes from your doorstep and both Heathrow and Gatwick Airport just 45 minutes drive or train journey away, you will never miss an opportunity to travel around the UK or further afield.
Benefits:
Annual salary of £30,000 to £34,000
